From 1990 until 2002, Ray Deonandan provided over 200 subscribers with a free daily joke via email. It grew so popular that Deonandan was even interviewed by a USC doctoral student about the origins of humour! The service has now been revived, courtesy of Yahoo! Groups, which allows subscribers to manage their own membership.
