Raywat Deonandan holds a PhD in Epidemiology & Biostatistics and is a faculty member of the Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa. Since 2009, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Society of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. H e was formerly the Chief Science Advisor to the agency of he Canadian federal government responsible for issues related to assisted reproduction technologies.
